Hi, I'm Jan Borstelmann!

I began studying Neuromovement in 2011, building on a lifetime of helping children and adults as a psychological counselor, an Outward Bound wilderness guide, a ski instructor, and a children’s book and toy store owner.

I studied under Anat Baniel for 4 years, and completed all of her trainings, including Children's Mastery, Anti-Aging and Vitality, and High Performance. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Antioch University New England in 1981. Every year I take part in several Master classes, learning  from very experienced ABM Practitioners, furthering my knowledge of this amazing work.

I was drawn to this work because of how much it helped my own physical challenges, which were caused by a lifetime of active outdoor sports and old injuries.

I live in Teton Valley, Idaho, on the west slope of the Teton Mountains, and I have an office in Driggs, Idaho, serving clients in  Idaho,Wyoming, Utah, Montana and Nevada. Follow my Facebook page for news and updates or contact me for your free consultation.

“My grandchildren and myself personally have benefitted from Jan's gentle nature, deep wisdom of the body and great listening skills. I personally know that she spends countless hours thinking about her clients and what is needed to best achieve the body response needed.” - Sally
